HOME

Please forgive my obsession.

A couple of days ago Danny introduced me to "Google Earth," and I haven't stopped playing with it since. (I already know I'm a nerd. Don't worry.) So I've taken it upon myself to locate the 16 places where I've lived in my 24 years of life.

The following two posts probably aren't nearly as exciting to see as they were to make, but for my own geography/nostalgia-loving brain it was a real treat.

So, um, welcome to my homes.

I can't believe you remember all that! Scott has had to to list all off his places of residence for his military security screening, and that was tricky. I hope your semester continues to go well. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

P.S. We got together w/ the Diaz gang at Presidio Park for Labor Day...lots of good food, and relaxing. (Except for Brandon who kept trying to get people to play soccer w/ him. I'm not sure he got much relaxing in.)

Google earth is amazing. It's almost deity-like the way it looks down on us from above. I've spent many an hour exploring the places I've lived or want to live

Even better is looking up the places where you plan to visit someday. It makes it seem more possible, somehow.

Even better is looking up the homes of the people you stalk. It makes them seem that much closer...
